proServices’ operations mimic those of a traditional manufacturer. The company’s production capabilities and capacity is based upon current throughput needed to deliver reports and results on-time and guaranteed to existing paying customers. Prospects are typically permitted to “Job Shop” a system through proServices’ factory. However such opportunities are constrained by available capacity on a month to month basis.

Long term subscription contracts are preferred due to its advantages for both parties. Such contracts enable proServices to assemble a team dedicated to your account allowing both companies to take advantage of economies of scale.

For our commercial customers proServices uses its Standard Services Agreement and Work Authorizations to define the terms & conditions as well as the scope and deliverables for each of the services offered or contracted. (see below)
